Finding an end to a conflict does not have to entail a winner and a loser as it frequently does in a court of law. Mediation allows the parties to come to a resolution that typically allows both parties to “win” while hopefully salvaging the relationship that brought them together in the first place. In most situations, mediation is also the most cost and time effective approach to conflict resolution.
